If your resources meet a certain limit, or if you wish to file an appeal before the National Court of Asylum, you are eligible to legal aid.
The first one hour-long appointment is charged 100€ including taxes and can be deducted from the fees of a resulting procedure.
Depending on the insurance contract you subscribed, legal fees can be addressed by your insurance company.
